Delightful 7 cups jil jil

Ingredients

Besan Flour - 1 cup
Coconut Poo grated - 1 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Ghee-1 cup
Sugar-3 cups

Preparation

Mix all the above ingredients in the coressponding quants specified there and keep it in stove fry it till it is non sticky in the vessal, add ghee and cut in to pieces.Store it in Freezer for sometime and serve it chill.

Take extra care while frying and mixing in the stove.

Veggie-Cashew Gravey



Ingredients:



Vegetables:
Potato
Cauliflower
Carrot
Beans
Capsicum

Tomato
Onion


Soaked Cashewnuts
Ginger
Garlic
AniSeeds spice(Shombu)
Dhaniya powder
Chilli powder
Salt
Masala powder,
Oil

Preparation:

Cut the Vegetables and cook it 75% in steam with 1 whistle or with boiled water, Add oil to the frying pan and spread sombhu to it, fry the pieces of onion and capsicum in that fry, make tomato in to pieaces and grind it with ginger, garlic and make it to paste , mix the paste in the frying pan and add masala powder, Dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and salt.Now mix the 75% cooked vegtables in the pan with water and cook it for half a minute , soak the cashew pieces for 1 hour in water and grind it with milk , add this gravey to the vegtable mix, and leave it for 1 minute, garnish the gravey with corriander leaves.Hot Veggie-Cashew Gravey is ready.


Salt, Chillipowder, Masala powder can be added based ont he taste..as needed for self.

Cauliflower Roast

Ingredients:

Cauliflower-1 flower
Oil- needed
Salt
Chillipowder
Garam masala powder
Besan flour

Preparation:

Soak the cauliflower pieces in boiled water and keep it in an separate bowl, and add oil to the frying pan add cumin seeds if needed, and then spread the soaked pieces in to the oil after drying out the water from it , add oil fry it continuously , add pinch of salt and chillipowder along with garam masala or chat powder, and fry it continuously by adding oil frequently, spread besan flour at last to sustain the taste of each piece.

Wheat Halwa-Sansa

Ingredients:

1. Wheat Flour
2. Ghee
3.Cashewnuts
4. Boiled Milk
5.Sugar

Preparation:

Take one cup of wheat flour and fry it with four teaspoons of ghee and cashewnuts .Continue the same till the cashewnuts get roasted, and then mix half cup of boiled milk with half cup of sugar in milk.Now mix the fried wheat flour with the sugared milk and keep it for 1 or 2 minutes mix it and it makes a sweet halwa.

Serve it with cashew and badam decorated.

Mango thokku

Ingredients:

2 unripened mango
2 tbspoon Salt
Chilli powder
Mustard seeds
Gingely oil
Jargery

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds to it, wait till it splits in two.Grate the mango pieces and fry it along with the oil in the pan, add salt and chilli powder according to the sourness of the mango, add one tbspoon of grated jargery to the mixture, stop frying when the oil and mixture separates .

Tasty mango thokku ready

Water Melon Juice

Yummy and thirst quenching Water melon juice

Ingredients:

Red Watermelon pieces
Ginger
Lemon
Tulsi Leaves

Pepper powder
Salt
Sugar if needed

Preparation:

Make Watermelon in to small pieces , and add 3 or 4 ginger pieces to it and mix and grind it in mixi and filter the pure juice from it , make juice from half slice of lemon and add it to the watermelon juice,add 4 tulasi leaves to the juice with pinch of salt and pepper powder.already watermelon is sweeter so if needed add sugar.Serve the juice chill or as it is.

Super Watermelon juice ready to beat the blues of summer....

Note: Dont remove the seeds from the water melon
