Veggie-Cashew Gravey



Ingredients:



Vegetables:
Potato
Cauliflower
Carrot
Beans
Capsicum

Tomato
Onion


Soaked Cashewnuts
Ginger
Garlic
AniSeeds spice(Shombu)
Dhaniya powder
Chilli powder
Salt
Masala powder,
Oil

Preparation:

Cut the Vegetables and cook it 75% in steam with 1 whistle or with boiled water, Add oil to the frying pan and spread sombhu to it, fry the pieces of onion and capsicum in that fry, make tomato in to pieaces and grind it with ginger, garlic and make it to paste , mix the paste in the frying pan and add masala powder, Dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and salt.Now mix the 75% cooked vegtables in the pan with water and cook it for half a minute , soak the cashew pieces for 1 hour in water and grind it with milk , add this gravey to the vegtable mix, and leave it for 1 minute, garnish the gravey with corriander leaves.Hot Veggie-Cashew Gravey is ready.


Salt, Chillipowder, Masala powder can be added based ont he taste..as needed for self.
